Taking it upon yourself to reschedule tournament matches outside of the allocated days/times without the expressed permission of Tournament officials is not allowed and may result in disqualification. Once tournament play has started it will play out until completion, without interruption, unless instructuted by Tournament officials.
No, you do not. However, as the Call of Duty Championship Australia & New Zealand Regional Final is seeded by MLG Pro Points earned throughout the duration of the Qualifiers, you risk having a low seed at the Finals event if you only compete in the Preliminary Qualifier.
